We have broken down our services into 4 major areas;
SUPPORT: includes laptop, desktop,
and server hardware and software maintenance and upgrades.
It may involve operating systems, office applications, email
issues, or other typical helpdesk issues. We offer two
modes of ongoing support; you can purchase support at a
standard hourly rate, or purchase blocks of support at a
discount.
PROJECT TRAINING: often after the
installation of new operating systems or application software,
companies wish to make the transition smoother for their staff,
or wish to immediately reap the benefits of new capabilities and
functionality. It may also be that some staff will now
have new ongoing responsibilities for maintenance of new
hardware or software. We provide training for these
situations and more.
NETWORKS: Microsoft recommends
that if you have 10 or more computers (this includes laptops or
wireless devices) which connect together regularly, then you
should move to the domain model, which requires a server.
If you already have a network, but have problems, or need to
upgrade, this is one of our areas of greatest expertise.
WEBSITES: the internet is like the
public highway system. The benefits can be enormous for
companies who wish to have a low pressure marketing medium for
customers to browse information, photos, and get contact
information about them. It can also be a perfect way to
share information, over the internet, with the restriction of
access to those with a password and logon ID (rather than
carrying a giant briefcase home).
