appraise the situation, and reach the quickest and most
appropriate solution for your emergency. Our ability to
handle and react calmly and urgently to your needs is one way
that we exceed the customer service status quo set by our larger

Here are some typical options clients have used in making the
most economical use of our temporary and emergency services:
EMERGENCY SUPPORT:
- Guaranteed onsite within 2 hrs at $80/hr no retainer
- Guaranteed onsite within 24 hrs at $70/hr no retainer
TEMPORARY SUPPORT:
- Weekly retainer $100 with hourly fee $50/hr up to 90
hrs/wk
- Daily retainer $50 with hourly fee $60/hr up to 12
hrs/day
Monthly and Quarterly Service Level Agreements
The availability of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) may be
limited depending on staffing, and current client demand.
However, SafetyNets Incorporated with gladly assist you in
finding someone else who can meet your needs, if we are unable
to. Your true needs, and your best interest is part of
true customer service, and how we have developed our reputation
of ethical superior service.
Currently, SafetyNets Inc. has the following availability for
new SLAs:
PHONE SUPPORT:
- 10 hr block of phone support, renewed monthly at $20/hr
- 10 hr block of phone support, renewed quarterly at
$35/hr
ONSITE SUPPORT:
- 10 hrs spent onsite for support, renewed monthly at
$40/hr
- 10 hrs spent onsite for support, renewed quarterly at
$50/hr
