Departmental or company wide training classes require curriculum development and approval by management, strictly observed schedules, and maximum class size of 15 students.

FREE* - Internal IT and Individual Training

For companies who cannot afford full-time or senior level IT staff, SafetyNets Incorporated often trains one employee of the company in some procedures for adding/deleting computers from the domain server, and basic email setup.

Depending on the experience level of the client representative, that training can at times be extended to software installation and maintenance including virus-ware, spam-ware, and backup software maintenance.

FREE* - Transition and Orientation of Employees

This service can usually take place immediately after the installation of new software that affects current employees, such as an upgrade of the operating system of their computer, or an installation of office applications (e.g., from office 2000, to XP, or to 2003, including the new Outlook email program).  During such transitions, or for the orientation of a new employee, it is customary to provide some individual instruction to each person affected at the time of their install (10 to 30 minutes, with a signoff checklist).  At minimum, it should be ensured that each person receiving the upgrade is comfortable with their new software environment, and understands the use of basic functionality.
